In Loving Memory

My Grandma Tew passed away in November 2009. Because I was due to deliver Ian soon I wasn't able to go to her funeral. I wish I could have been there with all of my family. This past visit to my parents I went with my family to visit her grave. The headstone was beautiful. She is buried next to her parents and three of her siblings that died in infancy before she was even born.
My grandma was a special person. She was kind and tenderhearted, full of charity. She had the sweetest, softest voice and always made you feel so special and know that she loved you. I am grateful to have had her as my grandma. If I could only be half as kind and charitable as she was I am doing good. Grandma I love you and am grateful for you loving example!

How special that you were finally able to go to her grave. I have to ask where she is from. My neighbor's maiden name is Tew.

Wonderful pictures. That was a sweet tribute, Rachelle. You are well on your way to becoming like Grandma.
I love you!
