Date Night...sort of

Now that we have older kids we can, kind of, have a date night without getting a babysitter.  We leave our 3 oldest home and take Kellen with us. 

Last night Tyson, Kellen and I went grocery shopping.  Part way through our evening I told Tyson it felt like a date.  It was so much fun.  Who knew you could have so much fun grocery shopping.

I love spending time with Tyson.  I notice that if it's the two of us without our kids we gravitate toward eachother.  No distractions allows us to really connect and talk. That man makes me laugh.  It felt so good to be out with him laughing and having fun, even if it was just shopping.

He seems to sneak in a few more butt slaps when my other kids aren't there either. ;) It's funny, I used to be embarrassed when he'd do that in public before but now I just laugh.  It's a man thing, hard for them to resist I guess. :)

I can't wait for another 'date' night with him!
