Happy 4th!

Our 4th of July usually consists of a yummy BBQ followed by a drive to the foothills to watch the fireworks with some friends and then some fireworks of our own afterward.  It is always fun and this year Tyson and the 3 older boys floated down the river for the first time this year to make the day extra cool for them.  I'm grateful for this country and the freedoms we have here.  I am grateful to all those who serve to protect our country and keep it free, especially my dad and both grandpas.  They are special people.  Also, I owe a debt of gratitude to our founding fathers who listened to and followed the inspiration from them Lord.  Because of our freedom of religion the gospel was able to be restored and I'll forever be grateful for that!
Waiting for the firework show to begin.

Running through the smoke bombs.

Someone warned us about rattlesnakes so the kids were more than happy to hang out in the back of the truck. I was kind of glad they were more confined and not running all over creation.  No surprise to anyone that knows me. ;)
